First day of awesome week was not so awesome. We did 5x berm repeats but with a 100m jog and 200m sprint added on. The workout itself didn't seem that hard but the heat made it seem impossible. I was feeling good before practice bc I hydrated well but by the 4th one I was feeling so light headed I was going to take an extra but thankfully Jamie saved the day by making it x5 instead of the original x8 and so I powered through one more and survived. So summary of today did not feel strong physically or mentally but thankfully we still got the whole week to work on it. 11min of abs :)
